Ana did a great job on my shellac manicure, and Ellie gave me a lovely layered haircut with a curly blow dry—I loved the final look. However, the overall vibe could have been warmer. The staff were skilled but not very engaging or friendly. A bit more warmth would have made the visit even better. Great hair and nails, just missing that personal touch.

Ellie is vgood,she's reserve,quiet &just goes on with her job. All her Iranian colleagues are chatty but they speak mostly their language infront of customers. I got a discount from treatwell on the day(£25 instead of usual £28 charge) but discount was not acknowledged /missed when i got receipt so I paid the usual price £28 she charge w/out discount.So how does your discount online work with staff at workplace? Is it recorded when being charged? Need to tell staff, seemed not aware.
