Over drying my hair when I asked not to.. she is a very nice lady but holds the chair dryer on the hair too long and takes too long for the blow dry. My hair is damaged and dry so after a treatment I didn't want more drying

The salon is lovely and everyone including Helen is very kind! We had a few communication issues and the cut wasn’t as I had expected. I also wasn’t offered a drink as all salons do but I eventually asked for it myself and Helen kindly made me one. Even though I wasn’t too happy with the initial haircut experience overall two of the lovely guys who work there helped me out and I eventually left with the cut I wanted! They washed and blow dried my hair also and didn’t charge me. Thank you all.
