Visited the salon for the first time yesterday and left really happy with the results! Ana did a great job on my shellac manicure, and Ellie gave me a lovely layered haircut with a curly blow dry—I loved the final look. However, the overall vibe could have been warmer. The staff were skilled but not very engaging or friendly. A bit more warmth would have made the visit even better. Great hair and nails, just missing that personal touch.
