Hi I am Sam, an ITEC Qualified Holistic Massage Therapist and very passionate about people's health and wellbeing. Whether that’s in the workplace, or at home. And I believe that our health is and should be our first priority! Because I feel so passionate about this, I decided to re-train having enjoyed many years as a Human Resources Specialist. Working in this role gave me first hand insight into how stress and burnout can adversely affect individuals, and lead to all sorts of ailments and health problems. This was a big driver for me to re-train, and do something to help people relax, and de-stress through massage.
