Did a HydraFacial with massage. Pressure for massage was light, HydraFacial was also really rushed (missed out my chin? only focused on my nose), serum kept dropping into my eye, wasnt provided an eye mask and staff was complaining how tired she was

The massage was lovely, even if the room was cold. The facial felt incomplete, I didn’t feel cleansed, and the water used was cold and I left with 2 different shaped eyebrows. The beautician was in a rush as another customer arrived unexpectedly.
