Customers arguing with staff during treatment. Talking in another language so staff do not know what they are saying. Not aware of my Treatwell booking when I arrived.

Rushed and applied poorly, looks like I did it myself at home. Plus I’m bleeding from one finger when they gave me the manicure so the polish on that finger is mixed with blood.
