Been for my nails and they are amazing at them, first time for waxing. Always timid before first appointment as every technician is different and my lady was very lovely and welcoming. Super quick as well
The pedicure was great, the girl who did it has done a fantastic job, the reason I’m not giving it 5 is because I haven’t seen how well it lasts yet. Staff are friendly and I got a nice cup of tea. It would have been nice to be asked if I wanted the massage chair on but that’s my only complaint. More expensive than what I usually pay closer to home, but I guess this is Chelsea. I would still recommend though
