The wax was very good, quite painless and thorough. The only thing I found odd was that the therapist didn't leave the room when I was undressing / re-dressing. Most other places I've been to, they show you the room and you undress on their own. It would be nice if they also had baby wipes - it's always nice to freshen up before a wax. Other than that the service was great.
