After an infill my nails are left extremely thick and different lengths (on one hand nails are way longer than the other hand). Asked for coffin shape and got a box shape instead, some nails look like they’re attempting a coffin shape and some look straight like a box. Very unflattering. Should they have been made thinner they might look good. One of my finger was bleeding due to the skins of the nail being drilled off roughly. No apology.
Also when asked for a simple French colour (just a white tip) I was told it’s £3 more than getting your whole nail coloured for £3 less...?!
