I have always given this salon 5 star reviews as I've always found them excellent value for money and very welcoming, however the last 2 times I've been the lashes have been applied in less than 20 minutes and could not constitute a full set of lashes, so although cheap I wouldn't say value for money. Very disappointed as this was my favourite salon by a mile and I've recommended to many friends.

This was my third visit at Chelsea All in One Spa, the first two were amazing but this time I had my treatments done by another person and it was just awful. Shellac manicure without a proper manicure and the nail polish was already vanishing after one day (it's shellac!!???).....
