Exceptional service! Charis is a talented facialist. She took great care in making sure my facial treatment was just right for me! The back massage was the best I’ve had! My skin looks and feels so much better since! Overall a great experience. The beauty treatments delivered by Charis deserves all the accolades. Can’t wait for my next treatment.

This was the worst pedicure I ever experienced. I sat there for 2h on my birthday and had to complain due to horrible finish and she just made it worst and worst. My nails ended up being in the ugliest shape and until the end someone else removed all the polish and redid it. I would not have paid a penny and even though the staff and owner saw what was happening I wasn’t offered any compensation. Sad, this was the last time I’m using Treatwell and visited Chelsea Wll in One Spa. Horrible experience!!
