Staff were talking to each other in Chinese. Manicure was pretty bad, as it dried lumpy and chipped but the time I got home!

Staff is really nice and friendly in a professional way. She made a little conversation to kind of comfort me but not talking too much. Waxing was done with careful and gentle service.
