staff should know what their clients have paid for before starting their appointment. I asked for a straight blow dry and ended up with curly and was made to feel bad and pay the extra money. I did like the curly blow but it's not what I booked for.
I had to remind her I wanted a cut and she said layers was different to a trim. They all spent the entire time communing in a different language and I could have sworn I was talked about. hair is uneven and no protection was used prior to the blowdry
