Really great waxing- (although painful) - however a little bit crowded with people having their nails done right next door to the waxing place. I will be going back however, as I was pleased with the result of the waxing.
This was my third pedicure at Charmosa, & sadly unlike the previous two I was very disappointed. I have been left with three very sore toes where the skin was cut away badly at the cuticles, I did notice small bleeds on all three toes during the pedicure. Not the relaxing experience as with the previous two, no foot massage, just a little cream rubbed in at the very end of the treatment. No essential oil in the foot bath & the water very quickly turned cold, leaving my feet like blocks of ice! My toes also needed tidying up by a different beautician, what should have been a relaxing one hour treatment turned into a tense one hour 25 mins........the overall look is ok but definitely not perfect. I'm putting this down to a one-off so would still recommend based on my previous experiences.
The staff took such good care of my nails and gave great advice on their health even though it meant the visit cost me less that way. The best in Henley.
