Am a regular at Charming Nails as near my office. They do a great job overall - the only thing that rankles is the multiple therapists that serve you. On my last visit on Thursday I had at least 4 different people doing part of my gel removal and gel manicure and it just feels a bit chaotic. It also takes longer as anyone taking over tends to repeat steps already done. So a great manicure as always but not the best experience.
