Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my nails this time. Instead of receiving the proper manicure that I booked with my shellac treatment I didn’t get the cuticles done throughly and my nails look like they need another manicure just a week after my appointment (normally my nails look fab for 3 weeks!!). Additionally the beautician didn’t remove all residual colour from my previous shellac and I noticed afterwards when a few spots of dark colour are now visible on the edges of my now light coloured nails.
I’ve had great experiences before at this salon so this was a sad surprise. In the end I think it really depends on who serves you here so going forward I will clarify but for now I might go back to my old salon to get this fixed.
PS: I only booked the manicure but Treatwell asks for a rating on the pedicure too in order to post this so gave a 4 star here based on my previous visit.
