I have used this venue before for a manicure which was hassle free. However, the experience was not the same when I returned for a gel removal. Whilst it was quoted to take 15 mins, in the end it took 45 minutes instead as I was passed around across 3 different employees. The package I booked was gel removal, buffing and application of strengthener, however, at the end of the treatment, no strengthener was applied. When I asked about it, the more senior had to get his phone, check the order and begrudgingly had to admit that the strengthener was included. He then rushed to slap some on then applied cuticle oil immediately thereafter only to smudge the not-yet-dry strengthener on most of my nails. So I walked out very delayed with rough-feeling nails. His excuse was that "[The other staff member] didn't think you needed it so she did not apply." However, it's quite unthinkable that what is included in the package and what was paid for was unilaterally not provided.

I have been back here 4 or 5 times now, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I typically get a full acrylic set, or refill with a Shellac polish and I'm always happy with my nails when I leave. It is close to home so it has become my go-to spot.
