Charming Nails is conveniently-located and clean, but I find the quality varies widely depending on the day despite me booking the exact same treatment each time...sometimes I get the massage chairs turned on, sometimes not and sometimes I get tea, sometimes not and sometimes I get good time spent on filing and buffing, sometimes that part is really quick.
