They were behind schedule, I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait 15 min until they were ready. Others weren’t as lucky, one customer said she had been waiting for over 30 min. Nevertheless, I was impressed by the outcome. It’s been almost a week, and my (normal) manicure still looks great. Staff was friendly too.
