Unfortunately I had a bad experience but was saved at the end. The technician started cutting my cuticles without any oil or treatment when my skin was dry and hurt me. He gave my nails an uneven shape and just kept filing until there was nothing left. LUCKLY another technician decided to intervene, her name was Amy and she was AMAZING, really saved my hands!!!! If you can book, book with her.
