Appointment was 15 minutes late, I was told to wait in the cafe and then no one came to get me. Veronica is not at fault with this however I had a 50 min appointment so should have finished at 6.50. Although the appointment started 20 minutes late, I still finish at 6.50. This means the appointment was rushed and I wasn't impressed this happened. I paid in advance for this booking so I had no choice. I will definitely be hesitant about future appointments.
