I booked two massages for my mum and dad. After many rescheduling (from my side) unfortunately my mum wasn’t able to go ahead with the massage as she struggles with feeling claustrophobic on the massage chair (this was her first massage)
She called me and explained how Veronica was super accommodating and allowed my mum to get a facial done instead which my mum enjoyed a lot
Thanks for looking after my mum i will defo be re booking
