Radina was great. It was my first hair cut at Charming and it was a very good experience. Radina cut and blow dried my hair exactly how I asked her. The blow dry lasted at least a week which not many hairdresssers can make my hair do. She helped me choose new hair products and made me a lovely coffee. Thanks Radina.

I asked for a very straight blow dry because my hair is very curly and I know it will add it's own body after a night's sleep. I had to communicate this through the receptionist as Anna speaks limited English. Anna did a lovely blow dry but she added body at the roots and a curl on the ends so the next day it wasn't straight any more. It lasted quite a few days though so I was happy with it.
