Exceptional experience from start to finish, a truly magical massage from Veronica in a beautiful, relaxing setting with soft music and essential oils. Veronica is a natural and so skilled at what she does, done in a caring way. Always the best service from the salon too from the moment to enter the salon to when you leave. Many thanks for a lovely experience, only my second time in the salon but certainly not my last!

The salon is beautiful and the hair wash / products are great. However I dont really like the haircut, and don’t really feel like what I asked for was listened to.
I asked for long layers and shaping round the front of my face and have ended up with quite short and choppy layers that have thinned my hair out a lot. Gitana is clearly very talented and was very competent but I feel like she overrode what I was asking for and the cut seemed a bit rushed at points.
Not a bad review by any means!
