The salon is beautiful and the hair wash / products are great. However I dont really like the haircut, and don’t really feel like what I asked for was listened to.
I asked for long layers and shaping round the front of my face and have ended up with quite short and choppy layers that have thinned my hair out a lot. Gitana is clearly very talented and was very competent but I feel like she overrode what I was asking for and the cut seemed a bit rushed at points.

I’m a permanent client for years, and I have to say all staff from the salon are very friendly and experienced. I really appreciate that the support for Ukrainian staff, for the effort with the interpreter or translator and for the effort to integrate them here. Well done team. 🥰💫❤️
