Was 15 minutes late to my appointment, kept checking her phone and speaking in Russian to her co-worker throughout the whole appointment which meant she wasn’t concentrating on what she was doing, couldn’t remember if she sanitised my hands so did it 2/3 times, asked what nail shape I wanted I said Oval but she did square. There’s definitely other nail technicians I prefer there.
