Elena was lovely and really kind. What surprised me is that I asked her to add clip in extensions that I had brought with me and she simply attached them to my hair without closing them(hanging on my hair,I almost left the salon without them closed till I noticed and showed her). That happened because she genuinely didn’t know how to use them. Even though she made amazing curls this situation made me worried about general knowledge of hair as clip-ins have been around for a really long time!
