Extremely disapointed with the service. The receptionist had to translate as the hairdresser do not speak english. I booked a half head of highlight and haircut but was told I should do a full head colouring instead for nearly the same price, I realised later that it was much cheaper. The lady did not do an ashy colour as requested and would not let me.pick the correct toner. The haircut was awful and she managed to mess us month of growing hairs, when I complained I was told was for the best.
