I had an appointment for extended bikini, but it did not like extended at all, just rough hair removal by the line of underwear. I expected much deeper and thorough waxing.
If this was extended bikini, it shall be clearly explained on the website to manage customer’s expectation.
Veronica was nice and friendly though, however I expected a deeper waxing as opposed to the one received.
