Technician unwelcoming despite me sharing this was my first manicure and a painful index finger due to an injury, she made no effort to engage with me, the polish smudged when I put on my coat, I was made to feel that this was my fault and the repair was done with bad grace. The manicure is no better than if done at home, very disappointing. I observed her with her next client, of the same culture, she was very different
