the appointment was timely, pleasant, nice welcome, etc. the blow dry was good - not the best i've ever had but still very good. i can't really fault the experience. lyudmila is such a nice lady and so is everyone at the front desk. she doesn't speak any english at all, but google translate or some of the other girls help and we are able to communicate anything we need. the only person who wouldn't enjoy the experience is someone that wants to have a full on chat throughout their appointment!

Natalia is fabulous. Very attentive, professional mani and pedicure. So impressed. My nails have become very brittle recently due to peri menopause. Natalia made them look absolutely brilliant! I always find staff friendly and the salon very relaxing experience. Cannot recommend charming enough!

I had the most amazing experience with Radina! She did both my hair colour and haircut with a beautiful blow-dry, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.
