Haircut was ok, blow dry was very disappointing. Was told I can’t have any volume as my hair is too straight… I’ve had plenty of blow dry’s before and left with lots of volume and bounce. My fringe at the front was dead straight when leaving, very minimal effort on the stylists part for blow dry. As someone who works in the beauty industry myself, customer service was very poor. Receptionist was the only welcoming one.
