Elena was so professional! I showed her a picture of what I wanted (I had very dark hair and wanted to go very light and ashy) and she explained to me that she might not be able to achieve my results because of how dark my hair was and offered another suggestion. In the end I wound up achieving my dream hair from the pictures! She’s a miracle worker! I’m definitely coming back!
