There was a major language barrier with the hair stylist (whilst lovely) not speaking English. The cut was fine but was very disappointed with the blowdry - had asked for big volume/bouncy ahead of a big do that evening but ended up with sleek and straight meaning I had to re-wash and re-style when I got home.
