The wash was really thorough and my hair felt extremely nourished after, there was a lot of precision in the cut (I got layers) I was asked how I would like my layers, and from my response she did it on point. The curly blow dry was really really good, the curls have lasted really well over the last couple of days. So happy with my cut; I got a lot cut off and was really unsure but it was perfect I have no complaints or doubts.
