Great experience from start to finish! Radina was welcoming and understanding of what I was after in length and style of the cut. Enjoyed a little head massage during treatment application. It really brought the hair colour out in silky shine.

So quick, took less than 5 minutes. She did it as soon as I walked in. We didn’t need to go into a room, she just did it over the counter and added it to my arm. I would’ve rather it was behind my ear, which I’ve had before, because it’s easier for it not to wipe off.

It’s the second time I’ve had my haircut here and I’ve been disappointed both times with how I was treated by the hairdresser. First time I went I thought she might just be in a bad mood but this time she was even more unpleasant. I find she ignores what I ask and belittles me. She always cuts my hair really well, but it’s not quite how I want it. So unfortunately I won’t be going back as I believe the whole experience should be positive and relaxing.
