I'm so glad I found Charming in Wallington. I have a few treatments there regularly. All the staff are excellent. I always feel cared for and treated when I walk out. Also, the premises is spotlessly clean and the standard of hygiene is extremely high (I'm very particular!)

I wasn’t happy with my BIAB. Olha was pulling at my had a lot and my manicure was really rough she was digging into my cuticles and was rushing! The BIAB isn’t thick enough it looks like gel shellac! She put too much nail polish on and you can see it doesn’t look like BIAB! Veronika was on reception and she is aware. I didn’t pay for my nails and I’ve booked back in to have them corrected by Tanya! Which I shouldn’t have to pay for as it was this time a poor service from her.

Really pleased with my nails done by Natalia. She is so caring and calm. I do my nails out of necessity but she has made me feel a lot more comfortable doing them now.

very calm and relaxing treatment. Great salon if you don't fancy talking too much! Always so kind and attentive! Sometimes it can be difficult to get your wishes across due to a language barrier but this didn't seem to effect the service.
