I’ve used Charming for many years but the last couple of times have been v.disappointing so this review makes a wider point. The last two BIAB treatments I’ve had needed multiple nail repairs. Staff have implied it’s because the BIAB wasn’t done properly, nails were left too long or weren’t strengthened. I’m not a nail expert. I expect treatments to be done professionally to last. That coupled with increasing prices & staff indifference / rudeness means sadly I’ll be looking for a new salon
