The customer service was great. I am really happy with the treatment. I had my hair destroyed by previous hairdressers and at Charming Beauty they managed to fix it without damaging my hair. I have already booked my next appointment. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone that is very fussy like me and for whom attention to detail is extremely important. 5 stars all around 😊

Diana was perfect, very professional. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. Love going there for my Medicare pedicure and the salon looks spectacular. Recommend for everyone to go there.

The blow dry wasn't bad and the salon is big and clean. But the hairdresser did make me feel like she was dreading the next hour or so after taking one look at my long, thick hair. I felt almost intimidated and guilty at times even though I booked 'below shoulder'. Would have been nice if she'd been more positive and friendly.
