Diana always welcomes me when I come into the salon, along with other friendly and inviting staff members. She was fine with me arriving slightly late and still managed to do a thorough and efficient eyebrow wax, knowing and doing exactly the shape I go for. Rebooking for two weeks time for a clean up :)
