This salon is so calm and welcoming, I always feel recharged after a treatment. Diana is a superb nail technician, the manicure I had today is fantastic!

I have been to Charming numerous times and have always left pleased with the service. This time, however, some miscommunication did occur; I booked a last minute deluxe mani & pedi at a discounted rate but with my baby being unsettled I was advised on getting a gel mani to speed up the process. I knew it would cost more but didn’t expect to pay double of what I had originally booked! I would have preferred to be told before accepting but was offered a 10% discount, which I appreciated.

Amazing atmosphere and experience!
Went for a hot stone Swedish massage and omg it was the best!!!
Came out feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed...
The staff are incredibly welcoming and polite, they were very helpful in answering any questions I had and was great at recommending treatments.
They kept to the Covid safety measures extremely well without spoiling the therapeutic and treatment experience!
I cannot wait to book in again...have truly found my new favourite place!!
