I've been before and had this treatment and I was really happy with the results , this time not so much. I had a full head of highlights, I've been getting highlights done for 10+ years so I know what to expect. The foils on top weren't left on long enough so my hair was really brassy on top. A toner was put on and it looked alright in the salon but once I got home and looked at it I realised it pretty much looks like I haven't had anything done to my hair. A bit disappointed considering how well it was done last time I visited. I do have alot of hair but my hair took so long the lady doing my hair didn't have enough time to blow dry it , which is fine but my hair wasn't washed properly either when I got home I felt near the nape of my neck and there was dried bleach still in my hair. Which meant I then needed to re wash my hair again. I feel a bit let down after paying a fair amount of money to come out looking nearly no different.
