The nail technician was running 20 minutes late, normally this wouldn’t have bothered me but I had several appointments booked for the afternoon. It would’ve been nice to have been told rather than just left waiting and having to ask when o would be seen, twice. Unfortunately the gel manicure isn’t the best either, nails unevenly filed and she should’ve done three coats of the colour as it’s patchy in places. Disappointed and will only book in to see Diana going forwards, she’s the best!!

Another brilliant manicure at Charming with Dovile. Amazing skill and attention to detail. Looked beautiful afterwards. Staff were brilliant when one of my nails chipped after a couple of days and arranged for me to come in and have the nail repaired free of charge. Outstanding customer service and a really lovely team. Highly recommended.
