I've been to Charming before for other treatments but never a haircut so wasn't sure what to expect. The salon is COVID safe so was immediately assured they took health and safety of their clients seriously. Radina was fantastic; she asked me what I was looking for and took it even further by giving me advice on my hair. She is friendly, professional and an exceptional hair dresser.
