Appointment was 15 minutes late, I was told to wait in the cafe and then no one came to get me. Veronica is not at fault with this however I had a 50 min appointment so should have finished at 6.50. Although the appointment started 20 minutes late, I still finish at 6.50. This means the appointment was rushed and I wasn't impressed this happened. I paid in advance for this booking so I had no choice. I will definitely be hesitant about future appointments.

Rumy excellent job on my hair. She did my hair exactly as I had imagined it. I was quite scared going because of my hair having quite a few knots and i was a bit scared on who I would get but as soon I got into the hairdresser I was greeted by Rumy and she’s immediately put me at ease. Even when doing much hair, she advised me on so many things that we’re definitely useful. I couldn’t feel any of my knots getting pulled and I loved how my hair was done. will definitely book again! Thanks Rumy!!
