I explained to stylist that I had already washed my hair, I had a reaction to the shampoo last time. The stylist appeared uninterested & used a spray bottle to wet my hair instead of wetting my hair in the sink.
She rushed the cut, paid no attention to tidying up the cut. I asked her to soften the edges, she berated me, took out different shears & started aggressively thinning the edges instead of softening. The cut was uneven & I asked her to straighten the edges but she argued w/me so I left.
