Not that impressed with my lash extensions, I don’t feel the technician really listened to what wanted and already they have clumped up. I also didn’t appreciate having a ‘before and after’ closeup photo taken and camera thrust in my face by the receptionist who was not wearing a face mask and without asking me first. Customer experience training needed! Not sure I’ll be returning here, as much as I had good hopes for this salon.

I had a lovely full head of highlights/toner on my hair. However, I had hoped to go a different colour. I discussed this in a prior consultation, who had said that this was possible. But, when I had my appointment (which was with a different hairdresser) she told me that this wasn’t possible. Instead, I was suggested something different. It was disappointing as it wasn’t what I wanted however, it was done to a nice finish and I will go back again.
