I came last year and had a pleasant, plain free experience but this time was disappointed with the service from start to finish. I arrived on time and had to wait 10 minutes. It was a different person from last time and their technique (or lack of) made it very painful to the point we couldn’t finish it. Same problem with my underarms which I’ve done better at home myself. Overall not pleased so won’t be coming back here
