It was not Priya who did the treatment, but a new technician who started this year. The app listed the wrong name. I had a very unpleasant Hollywood hot wax experience. Her technique was poor, she kept patting the wax too much, instead of removing it swiftly, which led to ineffective hair removal. The wax got stuck, and she tried cutting it off with scissors, causing pain and delays. She blamed hair growth, but I’ve gone months before with no issues. It was just disappointing and concerning.
