i really don’t leave reviews often but i left here feeling off. i got a hollywood wax. it had been a while since my last wax. she kept mentioning that i shouldn’t wait that long (i’ve been really busy lately, but i usually keep on top of it). she showed me the 1st piece of wax she ripped off, showing how much hair was removed, with a look that made me feel self conscious. no woman should ever feel bad about hair growth, but i felt judged. it was also incredibly painful, usually it isn’t for me.

I really don’t like to leave reviews that aren’t positive, and having visited a lot of salons in London, I’m not always expecting the best of the best when I try a new place. Unfortunately when I got my face threaded, my mole was taken off leaving an open wound. My skin also broke out. I cringed at the same tools being used for every client without being cleaned beforehand. The waxing left bruises on my skin. I unfortunately did not feel like they had the level of experience that I’m used to.
